GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Dual, common cathode schottky rectifier diodes in a plastic envelope. Intended for use as output rectifiers in low voltage, high frequency switched mode power supplies. The PBYR245CT series is supplied in the surface mounting SOT223 package.
